My virtual assistant services are offered in monthly packages based on the number of hours you need, with a minimum commitment of three months.

• 20-Hour Package: Access 20 hours of services per month.
• 40-Hour Package: Access 40 hours of services per month.
• 80-Hour Package: Access 80 hours of services per month.

If anytime after the 3-month commitment, you exceed your package hours, you can purchase a new package at the same rate as your current plan.

Hourly Rate:

• Rate: $25 USD per hour.
• Minimum Commitment: For the first project with new clients, there is a minimum commitment of 10 hours. This initial block of time includes the necessary setup period, during which I familiarize myself with your business, systems, and specific needs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Ongoing Hours: After the initial 10-hour commitment, you can purchase additional hours as needed without any further minimum requirements.

VA packages billing is on a prepaid monthly basis. Payments are made via PayPal, and all packages are billed in United States Dollars (USD).

Any unused hours will be carried over to the next monthly cycle. However, please note that hours cannot be rolled over beyond the current contract period.

I do not offer refunds for unused hours or early termination of the contract. All payments are non-refundable.

Changes to your package can be made at the end of the current contract period. Please notify us in advance if you wish to adjust your package.

You can communicate with the virtual assistant via email, WhatsApp messaging apps, or any other preferred method agreed upon at the start of the contract.

Additional requests not included in your package will be billed separately. I will discuss any extra costs with you before proceeding.
